Thermoplastic Elastomer TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) is a kind of material with high elasticity, high strength, high resilience of rubber, and has the characteristics of injection molding. It has environmental protection, non-toxic and safe, a wide range of hardness, excellent coloring, soft touch, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance, excellent processing performance, no need to vulcanization, can be recycled to reduce costs, both secondary injection molding, and PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS and other matrix materials coating bonding, can also be molded separately.

Product features:

1. Environmental protection, safety and non-toxic, no nitrite and other cancer-making substances, no heavy metals, recyclable, certified by SGS, in line with the EU ROHS environmental standards directive.

2. Low density: the density is less than 1, which is only equivalent to 67% of the EPDM material seal.

3. Good aging resistance: the service life under normal conditions is not less than 15 years.

4. The hardness varies little with temperature: the use temperature can reach -60 degrees Celsius to +130 degrees Celsius, in the temperature range of -20 degrees Celsius to +40 degrees Celsius, Shore hardness change is not higher than 5A, better than the traditional material PVC and EPDM seal.

5. Good resilience: under the compression rate of 30%, 70℃×24h, the compression permanent deformation is 25%; Under the same conditions, the EPDM seal is 75%.
